“Part Two of what?” you may ask. Well… er… of the immediately preceding post actually.
Y’see, my very last remark in that post was something to the effect that I had a sneaking suspicion I’d missed uploading a few pics to Flickr.
A suspicion that gradually coalesced into something more tangible as I was writing, and selecting pics from the Flickr uploads to include and… um… illustrate it.
“I’m damn sure there’s some missing” thinks I. I distinctly remembered selecting certain ones during my initial edit, yet they’re nowhere to be found.
Now I come to think of it, I know exactly how it happened too.
It was when I was flagging the ones to be converted to JPEGs, preliminary to being uploaded. I sort of… er… fell asleep in the middle of the task. Right there. Right over the keyboard.
Not sleep as in snoring my head off exactly. More like a quick doze really. Just a couple of minutes or so. But more than sufficient for me to lose track of where I’d reached. Oops.
Well, here they now are. And it was totally remiss of me, for I do so love a good bonfire!
Nodding off at your computer seems to be a common event. Perchance you need to obtain better sleep?
Better sleep? BETTER SLEEP? Some sleep would be nice… these dozes of mine really don’t cut it!
Then get some sleep. I swear…..reading your blogs, etc. leaves one with the impression you never actually sleep, but simply doze and drool over your keyboard.
Dammit… how’d you find out about the drooling?
